Our Management Team
CEO & Founder: James Jordan
James brings over 30 years of information technology experience to S5Health, with the last 15 years concentrating on healthcare information technology. He is a seasoned business and information technology executive who has spent his entire career focusing on creating and delivering innovative technology solutions that enable business growth and profitability. In the past, James created and delivered these solutions for both providers and payors.
Prior to founding SDM and S5Health, James served as CIO and VP of Operations at Healthx, an Indianapolis-based technology company. Healthx delivers health management portals to the health insurance industry and earned listings in "The Inc. 500" and Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™. The core function of the application was to enable insight and collaboration around healthcare data and to combine healthcare data from various sources to allow patients, employers, providers, and insurers access to information to make better decisions around managing and paying for healthcare.
